This playlist includes music by Ziryab Trio, Omar Faruk Tekbilek, Yair Dalal and others. Sama’i Thaqil is a Trukish and Arabic rhythm is in 10/8, sub divided as 3 + 2 + 2 + 3 – the accents fall on beats 1, 4, 6, 7, 8. The Samai music form normally changes meter to 3 and then goes back to 10.
